Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel completely confident when choosing our signal boosters. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of purchase. Please review the conditions below to ensure a smooth return process.

30-Day Return Eligibility

  • All returned items must be in good, undamaged condition and must include all original accessories, cables, and components.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Performance-Related Refunds

If you believe the booster is not performing as expected, we are here to help. Because many performance issues result from incorrect installation or placement, the following are required before a full refund can be approved:

  • Clear photos of the installation setup
  • Documentation showing how all components were connected
  • Full cooperation with our technical support team during testing and troubleshooting

If, after completing all troubleshooting steps and providing the required documentation, the product still does not work as intended, you may choose to receive a replacement unit or a full refund of the product cost.

Partial Refunds

A partial refund of 80% may also be issued if:

  • Documentation was not provided or Installation was incorrect or incomplete.
  • The customer is not satisfied for reasons unrelated to device performance.
  • The customer changes their mind without a valid performance issue.
  • The booster is purchased for a dead zone with no usable outdoor signal within 30 meters.

The deduction of 20% covers restocking fees such as processing the return, repackaging the item, testing or inspecting the product, and loss of value as an “open-box” item, ensuring the product is refunded fairly while protecting the business from unavoidable costs.

Signal Requirement Notice:  Boosters do not generate signal and only amplify existing outdoor signal. The device will not work if there is no usable outdoor signal such as on the roof or around the property within 30 meters. Buyers in such situations may still return the product within 30 days, but only a partial refund of 80% will be issued to cover restocking costs. This is because we clearly state that a booster is not recommended in locations without existing signal, and the product is functioning as designed.

Refund Process

Refunds may take up to a few weeks, depending on the situation. Once troubleshooting is completed and the issue remains unresolved, the product must be returned to us.

After the item is received and inspected to confirm it is in good condition, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

When Refunds May Not Be Approved

To keep our prices fair for all customers, refunds cannot be approved when:

  • More than 30 days have passed since delivery.
  • The returned device is damaged, missing parts, or missing original packaging.

These conditions protect both our customers and our business from unnecessary losses resulting from improper installation or use.
