We want you to feel completely confident when choosing our signal boosters. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of purchase. Please review the conditions below to ensure a smooth return process.

30-Day Return Eligibility

  • All returned items must be in good, undamaged condition and must include all original accessories, cables, and components.
  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted, but a 20% restocking fee applies (refund will be 80% of the product price).
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Performance-Related Refunds

If you believe the booster is not performing as expected, we are here to help. Because many performance issues result from incorrect installation or placement, the following are required before a refund can be approved:

  • Clear photos of the installation setup
  • Documentation showing how all components were connected
  • Full cooperation with our technical support team during testing and troubleshooting

This process helps us determine whether the issue is due to installation, environmental factors, or a product fault.

If, after completing all troubleshooting steps and providing the required documentation, the product still does not work as intended, you may choose to receive a replacement unit or a full refund of the product cost.

Refund Process

Refunds may take up to a few weeks, depending on the situation. Once troubleshooting is completed and the issue remains unresolved, the product must be returned to us.

After the item is received and inspected to confirm it is in good condition, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

When Refunds May Not Be Approved

To keep our prices fair for all customers, refunds cannot be approved when:

  • The customer does not cooperate with troubleshooting or refuses to follow support instructions
  • Required photos or documentation are not provided
  • The installation was clearly incorrect or incomplete
  • The returned device is damaged, missing parts, or not in acceptable condition

These conditions protect both our customers and our business from unnecessary losses resulting from improper installation or use.
