Omni Amplifier signal boosters are engineered to enhance mobile reception when installed correctly. The customer is responsible for ensuring:

• Proper installation according to the provided instructions
• Correct connection of all components
• Compliance with local laws and telco requirements

Omni Amplifier is not responsible for performance issues caused by improper installation or environmental limitations.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the Omni Amplifier website are in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Prices may change without notice. Orders are processed only after successful payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Omni Amplifier aims to dispatch all orders quickly and accurately. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

• Once an order is handed to the courier, responsibility for transit delays or issues belongs to the shipping carrier.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses may result in extra fees or delays.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy is part of these Terms & Conditions. Key points include:

• Returns accepted within 30 days.
• Change-of-mind returns: refunded at 80% of the product price (20% restocking fee), and the customer pays return shipping.
• Performance-related full refunds require photos, documentation, and cooperation with troubleshooting.
  
• Refunds may be denied if more than 30 days have passed since delivery, or if the returned device is damaged, missing parts, or missing original packaging.

6. Warranty

Products purchased from Omni Amplifier include standard manufacturer warranty coverage. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage from incorrect installation
• Misuse, modification, or unauthorised repairs
• Environmental damage (e.g., water, fire, physical impact)
• Use with non-approved accessories

Warranty claims may require photos, videos, or installation documentation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Omni Amplifier is not liable for signal fluctuations caused by telco issues, tower distance, environmental obstacles, or improper installation.
• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
• Actual signal improvement varies according to outdoor signal strength, building structure, and installation quality.
• Use of our products is at your own discretion and risk.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any 
  consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law 
  or other applicable Australian consumer protection laws that cannot be 
  excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

Omni Amplifier strives to keep all product descriptions, specifications, and guides accurate. However, errors or omissions may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to update or correct information at any time without prior notice.
