3-Year Limited Warranty
Every Omni Amplifier signal booster is backed by our comprehensive warranty coverage
At Omni Amplifier, we build our products to last. Every signal booster is engineered with high-quality components, smart safety technologies, and strict performance standards. To give you confidence in your purchase, all our boosters come with a 3-Year Limited Warranty.
This warranty is designed to offer strong protection for the customer while ensuring fair and responsible use of the product.
What Our 3-Year Warranty Covers?
For a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase, Omni Amplifier will repair or replace (at our discretion) any booster that experiences a manufacturer-related defect in materials or workmanship. This includes:
- Internal component failures.
- Auto Gain Control or shutdown system malfunctions.
- Factory-related performance issues.
If a fault is confirmed, we will provide a replacement unit at no cost or repair the original product.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning a product for warranty assessment for repair or replacement.
What Is Not Covered?
To keep our warranty fair and sustainable, the following are not covered:
- Damage from incorrect installation or misuse.
- Physical damage, impact damage, or water exposure.
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Issues resulting from using non-Omni Amplifier accessories or antennas
Normal wear and tear. - Damage from power surges, lightning, or unstable electricity (we recommend using a surge protector).
Products returned with missing parts may not qualify for free replacement.
Warranty Procedure:
To process a warranty claim, customers must provide:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Photos or video showing the issue clearly
- Cooperation with our support team so we can confirm the problem through basic troubleshooting
This helps us determine the exact cause and ensure the issue is not related to installation or external conditions. Once the issue is verified as a manufacturing defect, we will proceed with repair or replacement.
Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty eligibility, the product must:
• Be installed correctly following our instructions
• Be used only with original Omni Amplifier components
• Not be opened, modified, or tampered with
Incorrect setup or use may void the warranty.
If a Defect Is Confirmed
If our support team confirms that your booster has a genuine manufacturing defect, you will receive:
- A free replacement unit
or - A repair
There is no cost to you for warranty-approved replacements.
